The crazy dreams started again. When I looked them up most of the symbols pointed to change. One of them said changes I probably will not like. The others were a good omen for earned rewards, extended advancement whatever that means, and freedom from worry. It's crazy how vivid my dreams get. |

Matt and I saw district 9 over the weekend which turned out to be more emotional than I expected.
I saw the Rob Zombie remake of Halloween.
I woke up Tuesday with my hand stuck swollen and locked in a clawlike position. Went to the doctor for the SECOND time in 2 weeks about this happening, now I have to see a hand specialist. They gave me crazy drugs for the pain, but can't fix the problem or even figure out what the problem is. |

Making a wedding guest list really forces you to evaluate the level some of your friendships. The whole who or who not to invite from work is way too complicated...invite everyone or nobody seemed like the best solution, but it doesn't feel right. |

Last night I stayed out later than I have in long time. And drank more than I have in awhile which wasn't even that much considering I really haven't been drinking the last few months. I woke up this morning with a horrible headache. |

It's video yearbook time on Fuse...1994 today. I guess this shows my age, but I really miss the days musically when I actually liked the majority of what was popular. When I would listen to the radio and watch mtv for hours. That I used to watch mtv for hours seems kinda sad, but at least music videos were the majority of their programming back then. |

Tomorrow is the bus trip to New York. I'm not sure I'm even looking forward to it. Half the bus will be filled with my family which in itself is going to be annoying. I can't even shop because I have no money to shop with. |

I keep getting text messages from people I haven't talked to lately. It's kinda strange. Mostly people I used to work with and just lost contact with over time.
Whatever is wrong with my insides is getting worse. I just stayed in bed for like 3 hours and cried after I woke up because my stomach hurt so bad I couldn't even move. Which caused me to miss my allergy shot appointment, but I think the other people in the waiting room might have looked at my funny if I curled up on the floor because it hurt too bad to sit in a chair. |

I guess this is my first sick day at the new job. I tried so hard to get ready and go in, but it just wasn't happening today. It's officially fall...I can't breathe when I wake up, my eyes constantly burn, and the wonderful sinus headaches are back. I don't know what's worse getting a migraine or getting the sinus headaches I get. I feel like my head is being crushed and is going to explode all at the same time. |

So no Mary J Blige concert tonight. I'm sad about it, but I know the ticket price was definately not affordable for me right now. Being in that weird time when you first start a new job and won't get a paycheck the first pay period is really annoying. I'm so glad I have a job that I get tips at, I have no idea what I would do if I wasn't getting tips right now. |

I start my new job next week. It's been nice to have a vacation and get to relax even though I wasn't expecting to have any time off between jobs. I'm getting kinda anxious about starting. I want my first day to be over so I know what things will be like. Tomorrow I'm going to see The Pretenders which is exciting since that is apparently the only show they are doing. Sunday is Hersheypark, but I'm not so sure how that will go considering I probably shouldn't get on any rides where I could hit my leg on something. |

This week is just full of surprises. Yesterday with the job thing. Today, I cut my leg on a piece of glass and sat forever in the emergency room. I only needed 5 stitches, but it was still gross. Maybe tomorrow I will just stay home and not leave the couch, that seems like a safe option. |

When I gave my two weeks notice about leaving, because I wanted to be professional about things even if they don't deserve it, I was told I had to leave today. I was told about some policy that says if someone quits they have to leave that day even if they give notice about working until a certain date for fear of people stealing business away and taking customers with them to wherever they go. I think this "policy" is someone's imagination. |

I never had pink eye when I was kid, I didn't even get it for the first time until I was out of school. For some reason though ever since then I get it way more that anyone should. Yea so I have stupid pink eye again and it hurts.
I started reading Stephanie Meyer's Twilight series which I know is a teen book series but I was curious about it after I kept seeing movie previews. OF course after I read the first one I HAD to know what happened next and so now I'm in the middle of book 3...this is all within a 2 week period. It's funny because I don't think I actually read many "teen or young adult" books when I was a teenager. I think I was reading that section around like 10 or 11. I only even remember this because I used to go to the library every week when I was younger and eventually it got the point where I had read almost every book in the young adult section except the ones that looked really really stupid. So I moved on to "adult fiction" way before adulthood. |

So far the weekend has been pretty busy. Friday night I wound up going out with Ashley and Katie who called me literally 10 minutes before they showed up at my door and wanted to go out. Apparently now if you want to dance it requires you to be patted up and down to make sure you have no weapons and also to put all your belongings on a table for some man to beyond thoroughly inspect them. Dude even checked my phone...what was he looking for- a text message saying "hey I got the guns and drugs"? At least I don't smoke because if I did I would have had to wait for him to check each individual cigarette. Was all that really necessary? especially to go into some stupid 18 and over club where you have to stay on your own special floor if you want a drink.
Last night Jess, Matt and I went to Ashley's family cookout where we had to exchange baskets...yea totally not into games like that. I ended up with a basket full of bath stuff so at least it's useful if I choose to take a bath. Then we came home where Jesi and I attempted taking pictures of ourselves while Matt played his new video game.
Today I'm going to look at art and sidewalk chalk murals. |
